About Us
Center For Wellness was founded by a double board-certified psychiatrist to provide quality, ethical, and clinically appropriate care to its consumers. The staff aims to utilize evidence based treatment in multiple modalities which are employed in individual, family, and group interventions in order to garner the greatest success for clients.
Gagandeep Singh, MD
Executive Director/Medical Director
Dr. Singh is a double board-certified psychiatrist, and has specialty training in General Psychiatry and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry. His interests include working with adolescents and young adults in the context of addressing their depression and anxiety concerns. Dr. Singh prescribes medication judiciously and conservatively, and is a strong believer in talk therapy. He has an additional interest in addressing the mental health needs of the South Asian community, given his experience with the cultural stigma surrounding mental health and his personal experience having grown up as a practicing Sikh American after immigrating from India as a toddler.
Dr. Singh founded the company after recognizing the scarcity of such programs throughout his training and career. Having worked in several similar contexts, he focused his energy and attention on cultivating and realizing his goal to make these services more available to those in need. It has been his vision to create a client-centered program and provide the help our clients are seeking.
Dr. Singh has invited experienced and ethical colleagues to be part of a dedicated staff at Center For Wellness. Together, they formulate a strong clinical approach aimed at achieving the best outcome for those seeking care. Dr. Singh currently serves as Executive Director and Medical Director for Center For Wellness.

Gina Stouter, MS, LAC, NCC
Primary Therapist
Hello! My name is Gina Stouter and I am a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) who has been with the Center for Wellness family since April 2018. I came to CFW after graduating from Monmouth U. with a Masters of Science (MS) in Professional Counseling and I have an extensive background in the mental health field working with both adolescent and adult clients who struggle with issues related to depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD/ADD, PTSD, and thought disorders. I am also a National Certified Counselor (NCC) via the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC).
On a professional and personal level, I operate from the belief that no individual is beyond help or unable to make changes that can contribute to a more healthy and happy lifestyle. My therapeutic approach is one that is active-directive. I work closely with my clients to assist them in accomplishing goals THEY want to achieve! I believe it is important to acknowledge and accept that we, as humans, are all at different stages of readiness and willingness to make changes in our lives — and that no one individual is “right” or “wrong.” We are all on this journey together!
I believe in self-empowerment — the idea that it is best to look inside ourselves to find control and understanding when people, places, or things around us become chaotic. I primarily utilize Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) with my clients. This type of therapy is similar to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but dives a little bit deeper and allows individuals to gain insight and recognize the unhealthy beliefs they may have about themselves, others, and the world around them. I believe, by modifying these unhelpful thoughts, we can acknowledge that we are largely in control of our own happiness.
Please do not hesitate to call and inquire about the services we offer and how they may be of help to you!

relationship that allows the client to feel supported and safe to express themselves is important. To help build this bond, I employ unconditional positive regard, promote acceptance while encouraging change and growth, and rely on my sense of humor. I have experience in helping clients struggling with depression, anxiety, difficulties with transitions through life stages or events, limited emotional awareness, family and relationship dynamic struggles, and career and college planning. These experiences have been shaped through various skills and techniques.
Brian Rader, LAC
Primary Therapist
My name is Brian and I’m a Primary Therapist at Center For Wellness.
I am a two time graduate of Rutgers University, where I learned a great deal about not only the counseling profession, but also about psychiatric disability and it’s effect on vocation, personal identity, and mental well being. I find the use of DBT in groups very valuable as well as CBT, which is a staple of our program. In the future, I plan on specializing in Borderline Personality Disorder.
I have experience working with adolescents on the Autism Spectrum, ADHD, developmental and intellectual disabilities, Bi-polar and Borderline Personality Disorder in a vocational setting as part of my graduate training. My approach to therapy is one of guided exploration and goal setting. I find it most important to help client’s discover answers and “ah ha” moments for themselves. I look forward to helping you in our partial care and intensive outpatient programs.
